If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you may submit your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body or consumer authority in your country of residence. As a company registered in the Netherlands, Mabel falls under the jurisdiction of the Dutch Consumer Authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt).
