Microdosing

Will I feel influenced?

No. If you follow the advised dose, you will not feel under the influence.

Is microdosing legal?

Psilocybin truffles are 100% legal in the Netherlands where Mabel is based and can be shipped to any EU country under the Mutual Recognition of Goods Act.

This EU law allows legal importation from one member state to another, regardless of legality in the importing country. However each country have their own interpretation of this rule. We advise you to make your own informed decision.

Who should not microdose?

• Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
• Those taking MAOIs, lithium, valproic acid, or haloperidol
• Anyone with underlying cardiovascular conditions
• Individuals using the plant St. John’s Wort
