I don´t know what I was hoping for, but it didn´t meet my expectations and the tape that closed the box, peeled off some of the orange paper, making it not suitable for reusing it as a gift box as intended

When I started I didn’t really know what to expect and today I am two doses to the end. I started out very slowly, in the beginning even with a small dose I felt like I was doing huge steps forward on my path to wellness, self (re) discovery and self-love. Some days I felt like nothing was happening and then some days it got very intense especially as I was getting closer to the end of the program. I have to admit that some days I wasn’t very comfortable but with meditation I got to control what was happening and was able to overcome whatever I was feeling that was negative. I look forward to my two week break but also to starting another five weeks as I am sure that it will be completely different and probably even better. Having gone through all sorts of therapy, I sometimes had the feeling like I was going backwards but it was only for a split second because everything in my brain was going so fast that I quickly understood how I felt and how to move forward. I feel like I’ve learnt a lot about resilience.

The truffles are good, but the app is honestly useless… I would not recommend to buy the set with the app.
Was super excited to get my gift box and have the proper mix of mushrooms for stacking in the morning & evening. Add warm water, and the drinks feel like enjoying a warm cacao.
